The City recently invested in improvements to the at-grade crossing of 370 and 96th Street, and added sidewalks to the south, however they stopped at the entrance to the Walgreens and shopping center. There needs to be a continuation of these sidewalks to the south, all the way to Schram Road. South of Schram, there are sidewalks on both sides of 96th, and on both sides of Schram. I understand the desire to have off-street trails 9as described in the parks plan) however, 96th Street is also described as a "complete street" which means that it should have sidewalks/bike trails as well.
